State Farm® Insurance Agent Karen Davis

"I've been with Karen Davis' office since 1989 when she was just starting out with Sam Wallace and I have referred multiple family/friends. You would think being a client for 33- 34 years would mean something but it obviously doesn't. Having, ran my own business in the past... I know that No company or business is perfect and gets it right all the the time. There will be mistakes from time to time. I've been loyal to this office although they haven't been to me always. There was a time in the past where a female agent made a mistake and I ended up being pulled over by the police for no insurance , my car was towed and I ended up standing side the road. They paid expenses for my vehicle being towed but the female agent never took responsibility for the mistake. I've been mishandled by 2 representatives at this office on more than one occasion and I have just overlooked it but no more. Let the record show that Ms Cindy has always treated me with kindness, patience and respect. For some reason the other 2 agents feel like they can say whatever they want to a customer but it's not okay and no longer acceptable. In the past ...When asking an agent why my insurance was significantly higher than he originally quoted.. He stated to me that I could always go somewhere else and then today... I called asking an agent to have Karen Davis to give me a call...(after an incident) I received a call back from another agent going off on me ghetto style saying I was going behind her back to talk to Karen and my reply back was I can talk to whomever I want at that office and when I asked why was she addressing me in that manner, she just kept yelling all she ever did was help me with my bill. I replied back, "Isn't that your job?" Well, this company won't have to worry about me and my little money any longer. I refuse to pay to be disrespected and mishandled anywhere I put my money.. As, an agent there stated to me... "I can always go somewhere else. Well, you got your wishes✌🏾 Came back to add that it's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received a phone call from Karen Davis, the owner. Either they didn't forward her my message, or she doesn't care about what's going on at her company. However, I did receive a harassing call from the agent that told me I could always go elsewhere. He stated he had a problem with my review. These agents don't know the definition of boundaries. All, I did was tell the truth & stand up for myself. I will not be bullied. Period. (1-14-2025) I left a message to speak to Karen Davis, the owner of this company almost a week ago concerning how I was mishandled, bullied and disrespected by members of her staff. I was with this company for 33-34 years until last weeks incident. Please tell me how you come to a conclusion about a matter when you haven't heard the customer's side of the story and addressing me/it on a review? Your priority is to maintain integrity but one of your agents called me going off on me because I left a message with another agent asking you, the owner to give me a call? If you were really sincere about anything you stated.. in your reply to my review... you would have called me like a woman, like I did you but instead you're trying to sweep it under a rug. I feel 33 to 34 years of loyalty to your company deserved better than that but it's okay. "When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.""
